Greetings! I have been encouraged by the many positive responses that I
have received over the message this past Sunday. It is obvious that our
younger women are craving older women to shepherd them in spiritual
and practical matters.

The danger at this point is for you to believe that you are not good
enough, smart enough, or that you do not have time enough to invest in
discipleship. Satan is so deceptive. The Bible tells us that he snatches
the good seed from those who are not willing to hear the truth. Do not
let him snatch the truth from you.

Older Women, I exhort you as a son in the faith to find a younger woman
or maybe two younger women to disciple life-on-life. Sacrifice for the
cause of the future generations. Seek those who are in our church
because they are counting on you.

This week we will turn our attention to the responsibilities God has given
to the younger men, and we will be calling older men to disciple younger
men for the sake of the Gospel. The call of community is not optional. It
is central to the coming of Christ's kingdom! I look forward to seeing
each of you this Lord's Day.
