Who: Any man or woman that knows at least one thing they could do to improve their health (That's everyone right? J)
When: Wednesday's, 7:00-8:30pm, September 22nd through October 27th (6 weeks)
Where: Grace Fellowship
What: 45 minutes of physical activity for any level and 45 minutes of education and discussion of nutrition and wellness topics. You will get handouts, recipes, recommendations and more.
How much: We are collecting $30 per person for the purchase a several pieces of exercise equipment for you to keep and a few supplies. (If you have some/all of the equipment we will subtract that from the $30)
