“RELIGION THAT GOD OUR FATHER ACCEPTS AS PURE AND FAULTLESS IS THIS: TO LOOK AFTER ORPHANS” JAMES 1:27
Lily… Carson… Vitali… Inna… Kyla… Real kids who needed a mom and a dad. Real kids who got one.
Thinking about adoption can be overwhelming. It raises a lot of questions and the answers can seem hard to find. The important thing to remember is that at the end of the day, this is about a child with a name who God has chosen for you family. The adoption process is simply the road you’ll need to take to bring her… or him home.
We want to help make this journey a little easier for adopting families.
God does not call everyone to adopt a child; but everyone can help these orphans through prayer and the giving of resources to help ease the financial burden of the families that God has called for His purpose.
Statement of Purpose:
Micah’s Hope has teamed up with Lifesong For Orphans in order to help more families with the financial burden of international adoption. Lifesong For Orphans is an Illinois not for profit corporation, recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, whose purpose is to glorify God by providing financial assistance in the form of matching grants to Christian couples who have been called by God to grow their families through adoption. Micah’s Hope and Lifesong For Orphans desire is to cooperate with one another in ministering to Christian couples and orphans by establishing and administering an Adoption Grant fund and an Adoption Loan fund to help Christian couples overcome the financial hurdle posed by international adoption expenses. We understand that the orphan is special to the Lord, and we also believe it is the obligation and privilege of the church to care for the needs of these special children. The gifts that are provided through Micah’s Hope are granted to the family as a loving ministry of Grace Fellowship
Board of Trustees:
Micah’s Hope is a ministry of Grace Fellowship, and as such it is under the direct leadership of the elders. The elders will maintain a standing board of trustees to administer this fund in a way that brings glory to God.
